Dr. Jeannette Princess of Fürstenberg comes from an industrial family in the Ruhr area. She earned her doctorate on the topic “The Interaction Between Entrepreneurship and Art.” As a founding partner of the venture capital fund La Famiglia, she bridges the gap between established traditional companies and digital entrepreneurs. She is Managing Director of the global VC General Catalyst (GC), overseeing its European business. Together with her husband, she founded “Fürstenberg Contemporary” in 2011, which includes a scholarship program, rotating exhibitions, and the development of a small collection.

The princely couple has four children.
